"Widener University’s online journal of undergraduate writing takes its name from the Blue Route (I-476), a north-south highway running through the suburbs of Philadelphia. The Blue Route is an online undergraduate literary journal run by students and faculty from Widener University. We publish short fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction written by undergraduate writers from any school other than our own."

Collision accepts fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, and art, with a particular interest in experimental work that challenges style and structure. It is a student-run publication housed under the English Department at the University of Pittsburgh."

Dark River Review is a national undergraduate literary magazine, sponsored by the Department of Languages and Literature at Alabama State University. Our first issue was in 2014. We accept submissions from students currently enrolled as undergraduates at two and four year colleges and universities. "We accept poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, and visual art."

"We currently accept previously unpublished submissions from any undergraduate or emerging artist. To be considered an emerging artist, you must not have attended, graduated from, or be currently enrolled in an MFA or PhD Creative Writing program. Publication or forthcoming publication of a full-length poetry collection, book, novel, short story collection, or other substantive work will disqualify your submission. Additionally, numerous publications, chapbooks, or writing awards may disqualify your work from consideration, regardless of your formal education. This is at the Editor's discretion; please use your best judgment when considering whether to submit."

"Miscellany is the undergraduate-produced Literary and Art Journal based at the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina and is a part of the CisternYard Media collective. Founded in 1980 by poet Paul Allen and his student, John Aiello, Miscellany has been dedicated for decades to providing a competitive venue for emerging undergraduate writers to submit their work for publication. We are open to all emerging genres, but typically publish poetry, fiction, and various forms of visual art."
