The scientific method of research
Scientists are truth seekers, who seek to expand our understanding of the world through scientific inquiry. They make use of the scientific method - presented in its most basic format to the left, and in a more complex flowchart below. Science relies on creative thinking, careful reasoning, scrupulously following methods, honest reporting, and peer review.
