Is it original research that the authors conducted?
Did it come from a peer-reviewed academic journal? Remember you can use search limiters and look at the journal title to help with this.
Is the article a full-length, not a summary of the research article or an abstract. Does it include an introduction, materials/methods, results, discussion, and a conclusion?
Did you locate the abstract? You will need to include this in your report.
