Library of Congress : Archive of Recorded Poetry and Literature
An online a selection of recordings from the Library's Archive of Recorded Poetry and Literature, a series of audio recordings, dating back to 1943, of renowned poets and prose writers reading from and discussing their work at the Library of Congress. The initial April 15, 2015, launch includes 50 recordings, and features poets such as Robert Frost, Gwendolyn Brooks, Elizabeth Bishop, Czeslaw Milosz, and Paul Muldoon. More recordings will be added on a monthly basis.
Library of Congress : Poet and Poem Series
The Poet and the Poem is an ongoing series of live poetry interviews at the Library of Congress with distinguished artists. Webcasts are available of recent events, including the appearances of two U.S. Poets Laureate and several Witter Bynner fellows. Distinguishing features of the show are the poets’ discussions with host Grace Cavalieri about their craft and sources of inspiration. The series is sponsored by the Witter Bynner Foundation for Poetry and the Humanities Council of Washington, D.C.

Ashley Wurzbacher's short story collection, HAPPY LIKE THIS, won the 2019 Iowa Short Fiction Award. Her stories have appeared in The Kenyon Review, The Iowa Review, Colorado Review, Michigan Quarterly Review, and other journals. She holds an MFA from Eastern Washington University and a PhD from the University of Houston. Originally from Titusville, Pennsylvania, she lives in Birmingham, Alabama and teaches creative writing at the University of Montevallo.
