Technology items can be checked out for week at a time.

The Tools Collection of the Library of Things features non-traditional materials including gadgets, tools, kits, electronics, and more. It was made possible through UM's Green Fund.

• You must read and sign a waiver before checking out anything from the Tools Collection.
• You will need to show a state ID or drivers license as proof of being 19 or older (the age of majority in Alabama).
• A UM ID is required for checkout.
• All Tools Collection items can be checked out for 3 days at a time.
